What Rich has passionately pursued in the private sector might also be applied to the public sector. We need a new paradigm for rallying our legislators to come together despite ideological differences and address the most pressing issues of our time. We need legislative and social innovation and transformation to address health care, immigration, climate change, trade and economic growth in ways that are environmentally and fiscally responsible.
